Terms of Use

Last updated: September 8, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of Oboolo, the project and task management service provided by Ansoro LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using Oboolo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Your account and workspace

You must be legally able to enter into these terms and authorized to use the workspaces you access. If you use Oboolo on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to act for it. Use accurate account information, protect your Google account, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Oboolo uses Google sign-in. Workspace administrators manage invitations and roles, and your role determines which actions you can take. Your organization's policies may also apply to your use of its workspace.

2. Acceptable use

Use Oboolo lawfully and only for workspaces you are permitted to access. You must not:

Do not place passwords, private keys, or other access credentials in projects or tasks. Oboolo is not intended for emergency use or situations where a service failure could cause injury.

3. Your content

You retain your rights in the content you submit. You grant Ansoro LLC permission to host, store, process, and display that content as necessary to provide, secure, and maintain Oboolo. You are responsible for your content and for obtaining any permissions needed to submit it.

Workspace content is shared with authorized members. Administrators and other members may edit or delete content according to their roles. Keep separate copies of information you need to preserve.

4. Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Oboolo relies on third-party services, including Google sign-in, Firebase, Google Cloud, and email delivery providers. Your use of those providers' services may also be subject to their terms.

5. Service changes and access

We may update or change Oboolo, interrupt it for maintenance, or discontinue features. We may restrict or suspend access to address misuse, security risks, legal requirements, or violations of these terms. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of a material service discontinuation or suspension. You may stop using Oboolo at any time; contact us about account or data deletion.

6. Availability and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Oboolo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or that all data loss can be prevented.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ansoro LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, arising from use of or inability to use Oboolo. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

7. Updates to these terms

We may revise these terms and will update the date on this page. For material changes, we will provide additional notice where required by law. Changes apply prospectively, subject to any notice or consent required by applicable law.
