Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 8, 2026
This policy explains how Ansoro LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use Oboolo. For questions or privacy requests, email contact@ansoro.net. If an organization provides your workspace, it also determines what information is added to that workspace and who can access it.
1. Information processed
- Account information: Google sign-in and Firebase Authentication process your account identity and basic profile information. Oboolo uses your Firebase user ID, email address, and verification status to identify you and control access. Oboolo does not receive your Google password.
- Workspace information: organization names, membership and roles, project and task content, assignments, creator IDs, and creation and update timestamps.
- Invitations: invited email addresses, organization details, assigned roles, invitation status and timestamps, and email delivery records. We may receive your email from a workspace administrator before you sign in.
- Technical and security information: hosting and authentication providers process information such as IP addresses and browser details. App verification processes attestation information and tokens; operational logs may contain request metadata and error details.
2. How information is used
We use information to sign you in, enforce workspace permissions, display and update projects and tasks, send invitations, respond to support requests, troubleshoot problems, prevent abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. The Oboolo application does not include advertising or analytics tracking features.
3. Who receives information
Authorized workspace members can see shared project and task content and member information, including email addresses and roles. Workspace administrators can manage invitations and membership roles. Only submit information you are authorized to share with your workspace.
Google Firebase and Google Cloud provide authentication, app verification, database storage, and hosting. When invitation email delivery is configured, the email provider processes recipient addresses, invitation content, and delivery information. These providers process information to supply their services. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or others.
Providers may process information in countries other than your own. See Firebase's privacy and security information for details about its processing and international transfers.
4. Browser storage and app verification
Firebase uses browser storage to maintain your sign-in session and app verification state. Oboolo uses Firebase App Check with reCAPTCHA Enterprise to help prevent abuse. Google processes technical information for these security checks. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to reCAPTCHA.
You can sign out or clear browser storage using your browser settings. Blocking required storage or security checks may prevent sign-in or access. Clearing browser storage does not delete your account or workspace information stored on the server.
5. Retention and deletion
Workspace and account information is retained while needed to operate the workspace, subject to deletion requests and applicable legal requirements. Oboolo does not currently apply an automatic deletion schedule to workspace records. Archiving a project preserves its tasks. Invitations stop being usable after seven days, but expiry or revocation does not automatically erase invitation or email delivery records.
Deleting an authentication account does not automatically remove its workspace content or references. Logs, email delivery records, and any backups may have separate retention periods determined by service configuration and provider policies. Contact us for help with deletion or information about retention for your workspace.
6. Your choices and requests
You can edit or delete workspace content where your role permits. Contact your workspace administrator for access or content changes, or email contact@ansoro.net to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information. We may need to verify your identity and coordinate with the organization that manages the workspace.
Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may have additional rights, including to receive a copy of your information, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or complain to a data protection authority. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or protect other people's rights.
7. Security
Oboolo uses authenticated access, app verification, and workspace permissions to help protect information. No system is completely secure. Protect your Google account and contact us if you believe your account or workspace has been compromised.
8. Children
Oboolo is intended for organizational project management and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
9. Policy changes
We will update this page and its date when our practices change. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent for material changes where required by applicable law.
